The Parc d’environnement naturel de Sutton, the P.E.N.S., with its 48 trails, its four summits, its frozen lakes, its streams and its numerous hiking loops will please all levels of snowshoers! Don’t forget to reserve your access tickets online! In the Lake Gale sector network, you’ll have a great time discovering some 17 kilometres of ungroomed trails!
Fatbikes
The popularity of these bicycles with their oversized tires (fatbikes for the initiated) is continually growing. A stop in Bromont, a pioneer town for winter cycling, is a must for all those looking for a thrill! The Parc des Sommets offers more than twenty trails that will allow you to enjoy some breathtaking winter scenery while strengthening your calf muscles!
Ice Fishing
Jigging for fish on the ice is a great way to introduce your kids to the fun of fishing in a very original way! In Philipsburg, Activités plein air offers fishing shack rentals along with everything you’ll need: 1 bag of wood, 2 dozen minnows, 10 tip ups (fishing lines) plus 10 holes.
