This year, Léon Courville, Vigneron has the honor of welcoming chef Lysanne O’Bomsawin, a specialist in Indigenous culinary tradition.
Lysanne, known for having participated in numerous TV and radio shows, has prepared a delicious 5-course meal with Aboriginal flavors. A smoking room will be on site during the evening. In addition, Nicole O’Bomsawin, an anthropologist known for her storytelling skills, will accompany this unique event with stories and Aboriginal tales.
