As the name implies, this sugar shack is situated at the top of a hill, and it provides you with an uninterrupted view of the Eastern Townships. And your hosts, Judith and Martin, offer you a traditionally Québec-flavoured meal inspired by their grandmothers’ cooking. They also have taffy-on-snow for you to eat. To digest your meal, go for a walk along Hilltop’s magnificent trails. The sugar shack is open from Friday to Sunday and on weekdays for groups. Reservations required.
