Vignoble Pigeon HIll

Our vineyard is located in the heart of the village of Pigeon Hill on south-east facing hills and alluvial soils overlooking mount Pinacle. We strongly believe in the power of regenerative agriculture and have been certified organic since planting our very first vines in 2010. We believe that all good wine comes from grapes grown in a biodiverse environment. As such, we focus on producing high quality wines from hybrid grape varieties adapted to our environment such as Marquette and Saint-Pépin. Our vinifications are carried out with spontaneous fermentations, minimal intervention and no filtration or fining, producing vibrant and natural wines that represent the Pigeon Hill terroir.
