Vignoble l'Ardennais

Vignoble l'Ardennais

Located in the Eastern Townships in Stanbridge East, the Piedmont of the Appalachians, Vignoble l'Ardennais planted its first vines in 1994. The vines are planted on a hillside of sandy loam from glacial deposits and slate. Stephanie and Pier come from a restaurant background and becoming a winemaker was a natural progression. "Our vision is to grow vines while nourishing the land and respecting the wildlife that inhabits it". The main grape varieties are Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Riesling, Vidal, Seyval, Chancellor, Petite Pearl and Marquette and all are vinified as naturally as possible. TEST
