Vignoble du PicBois

Vignoble du PicBois

In 1990, André Pollender and Danielle Cardin acquired this magnificent property, offering breathtaking views of the valley where André’s grandfather was born and where he himself grew up.
André is a partner in the vineyard and a fierce advocate for the proper classification of maple syrup quality and flavor in Quebec.
His son David, a master builder who has managed major construction projects, joined the adventure as a partner and director of operations for Vignoble du PicBois. Between 1997 and 2004, he accompanied his father, who was invited to share his maple expertise in Burgundy, where he also participated in the harvest and vinification. It was there that he developed his passion for vines and wine.
In 2019, they planted an experimental plot of 1,200 plants, which now numbers more than 20,000 vines. Vignoble du PicBois was officially incorporated in March 2021, and that’s when the real work began. The first harvest took place in 2022, and the wines are already distinguishing themselves by winning several medals at national and international competitions.
Great things are coming for this young company!
