There you will find third wave coffee which signifies a commitment to the quality, origin and preparation of the coffee. It emphasizes the traceability of coffee beans and precise roasting methods. These cafés offer a range of high-scoring coffees (80 and above) from small producers or cooperatives, with particular attention paid to sustainability and fairness in the supply chain.

We offer refreshment evenings where the cozy atmosphere and our tapas-type dishes, a boutique of fine and exquisite products which have been selected with great care such as wines and bubbles, a selection of retail bags of coffee beans that can be ground for customers, pastries (80% vegan and gluten-free), ready-to-eat meals (sandwich, salad, oatmeal), etc.
