Le Vignoble du Ruisseau is located in Dunham, at an altitude of almost 300 meters. The family business is at the same time a vineyard, a distillery, a cider house, an organic maple grove and a country restaurant. The vineyard makes its mark in the wine domain thanks to its patented technology, which aims to heat the vine during the winter season, thanks to geothermal energy. An unusual and ingenious way of cultivating Vinifera grape varieties in cold climates: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Gewürztraminer and Cabernet-Sauvignon.
Covered bridge, vaulted barrel cellar, two-level winery, indoor and outdoor tasting areas, shop showcasing various products from the land, new type of sugar shack, stills and not to mention a country table under the name '' Bistro sur braise '' highlighting the gardens and the cattle and pig farms of the domain.
