Clos Saragnat, cidre & vin biologique

Clos Saragnat produces an unusual wine, straw wine and certified organic ciders. This Frélighsburg company is owned by two enthusiastic farmers, Louise and Christian. Christian Barthomeuf owes the invention of ice cider in 1989. A great agri-food success story for Quebec. Between June 22 and October 7, a visit is scheduled for everyone at 2 pm from Saturday to Monday inclusively. The cost is $ 15 per person including tastings. On other days the visit is available for groups of 8 or more by reservation.
The stroll through the vineyards and the vegetation that is proposed to you at Clos Saragnat deserves a small detour. This exciting one-hour conference-visit focuses on existing ecosystems and organic farming.
