Clos Saragnat
Le Clos Saragnat produces an unusual wine, straw wine and these certified organic ciders. The vineyard is owned by two enthusiastic peasants, Louise and Christian. We owe to Christian Barthomeuf the invention of ice cider in 1989. A great agri-food success in Quebec.
