Our vines are grown without synthetic chemicals and the grapes are picked by hand. Mechanical weeding, organic fertilization, protective nets, a lot of manual work and respect for our vines!

To let our grapes express themselves and our wines assume their identity, our fermentations are carried out on native yeasts and our wines do not are neither filtered nor pasted. We produce Seyval blanc, Pinot gris, Pinot gris and Seyval, Savagnin, Geisenheim and Seyval.

The name of our wines is inspired by the ‘’Book Barn’’. Each label allows you to discover a few fun phrases. Extract from a poem or unpublished text, these sentences sometimes linked to vines, sometimes to wine, but above all linked to life, are like a bouquet of letters for drinkers.
