Since 1982, the Levasseur family has opened the doors to an enchanting site on the banks of the Brochets River where you can have a picnic, pick your apples and visit the country boutique! We are also producers of an artisanal cider vinegar with which we make a variety of marinades and mustards, not to mention jellies, jams, apple butter, pies and fresh juices.

In 2020, we restored our magnificent ancestral barn to house our new vinegar mill and integrate Vinaigerie Gingras. The two largest artisan vinegar makers in Quebec now share the same roof, in Frelighsburg!
