With two ski mountains, excellent restaurants and our charming villages, the Eastern Townships region is perfect for a romantic winter getaway.
Day 1
Start your outing with a day on the slopes of Mount SUTTON, famous for the quality of its glades.
If you’re not a ski adept, Plein air Sutton offers a great playground for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing!
After your ski day, head down to the village of Sutton to savour a mug of hot cocoa at the Chocolaterie Muriel.
For supper, Bistro West Brome offers a menu that is well worth the detour! Here you’ll relax in an intimate setting while savouring a cuisine inspired by the local producers.
Day 2
There’s nothing better than spending the day at the spa to relax after your previous ski day. So, on your way to Brome Lake, spend a few blissful hours at Auberge et spa West Brome. Take advantage of this moment to reserve a care, and have lunch at the inn’s excellent restaurant.
In the afternoon, we suggest a gourmet outing in the area. First, make a stop at Léon Courville, vigneron to discover the vineyard’s excellent wines as you admire the view overlooking a frozen Lake Brome.
Remember also to stop at the gourmet boutique of Brome Lake Duck which specializes in the production of Peking ducks since 1912. Lunch at La Knowlton Co. is a must for a delicious pizza and local brewed beers.
