This fall, try an all-new breakfast menu at the Chalet du Sommet! Sundays are the perfect day for brunch, so come enjoy a unique experience at the top of Mount Brome. Take in the stunning 360-degree panoramic views of the Eastern Townships and savor delicious meals with friends and family. Whether you’re coming as a couple, with friends, or with the whole family, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Two-hour services are available at 10:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

Meal Choices

– Fried chicken and waffle with maple syrup drizzle
– Healthy bagel with house-made gravlax, crème fraîche, lemon, dill, cucumbers, and pickled red onions
– Eggs Benedict on an English muffin with braised ham and squash hollandaise
