I\u2019m writing these lines, as the sun is setting earlier and earlier, the cooler weather is inviting us to put on our toques, hats and mittens, and as the trees have almost lost all their vibrant coloured leaves. During this time, just before the first snow falls, some of us will find ourselves stuck inside seasonal depressions, and little to inspire us to unwind, to clear our heads and pamper ourselves a bit. Here are a few suggestions to chase away the autumn blues in the Eastern Townships.<\/strong>

It\u2019s the ideal place to free ourselves of all the daily stresses that haunt us.<\/p>\n
