A good bottle of wine is always appreciated, especially when you\u2019re offering a one that is recommended by Kristine Mansuy! This sommelier, wine consultant for Ch\u00e2teau-Bromont<\/a> and event planner, is passionate about successful pairings. She proposes four wines which\u00a0 are truly excellent choices for accompanying numerous festive moments over the following weeks!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s just impossible not to have a little sparkle during the Holidays!\u201d says Kristine. It\u2019s just unheard of! She suggests Ch\u00e2teau de Cartes Vineyard<\/a>\u2019s 2016 sparkling ros\u00e9. It\u2019s a simple, festive wine with clear citrus aromas,\u201d explains the specialist, \u201cand it\u2019s not too sweet.\u201d It\u2019s the ideal accompaniment for hors d\u2019oeuvres, antipasto platters and terrines.<\/p>\n Price: $29. Sold in certain grocery stores (IGA and M\u00e9tro) and at the vineyard boutique.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The sommelier selected L\u00e9on Courville vigneron<\/a>\u2019s 2016 R\u00e9serve Baco. \u00ab\u00a0<\/strong>It is an exceptional wine,\u00a0\u00bb she says. \u00ab\u00a0Somewhat in the style of Pinot Noir wines, this one stands out with its elegance and fine in-mouth freshness.\u00a0\u00bb If you wish to really impress your guests, serve it with locally grown duck or squab. Success is yours to have.<\/p>\n A pairing of Orpailleur<\/a>\u2019s 2017 Vin Gris will make your cheeses, especially your blue cheese, and your (not too sweet) desserts, among other dishes, taste even better! \u201cThis wine is extremely well-balanced and has a nice acidity to it,\u201d says Kristine Mansuy.<\/p>\n Price: $16.
