Did you know Brome-Missisquoi is the MRC that has the most agro-tourist businesses in the province of Qu\u00e9bec? We would like to have provided a more extensive listing, but for lack of space here are a few places where you can stock up on provisions for your holiday meals.<\/p>\n

La Mie Bretonne<\/u> (Cowansville). You won\u2019t be going home empty-handed, that\u2019s for sure! Breads, Danish and assorted pastries and gourmet foodstuffs\u2026this is where you\u2019ll find that special touch for your holiday receptions. https:\/\/lamiebretonne.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Capitaine Levain<\/u> (Stanbridge East). Here you can buy an array of breads and pastries, all organic certified.\u00a0 http:\/\/www.capitainelevain.ca\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Bernard le boulanger<\/u> (Dunham). Healthy and delicious bread\u2026that\u2019s the menu offering of this craft bakery, which bakes breads solely from stone-ground flour and organic ingredients. http:\/\/bernardleboulanger.blogspot.ca\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Panissimo<\/span> (Lac-Brome).\u00a0Established since 1995, this artisan bakery offers a great selection of breads made from natural ingredients.<\/span> http:\/\/www.panissimo.ca\/<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Canard du Lac-Brome<\/u> (Lac-Brome). At the boutique, you can buy a variety of duck products, including whole ducks. https:\/\/canardsdulacbrome.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n

La Rumeur Affam\u00e9e<\/u> (Sutton and Dunham). You\u2019ll find a nice selection of craft breads, Danish pastries, cheeses, sausages and much more.<\/p>\n

Fumoir Gosselin<\/span> (Cowansville). In addition to their classic smoked salmon, there is a whole range of local products at this Cowansville store. https:\/\/www.fumoirsgosselin.com\/<\/p>\n

La Fromagerie Missiska<\/span> (Bedford). We love their delicious cheese made exclusively from Jersey cow’s milk. You will also find at their shop a range of local products (cold meats, milk, wine, etc.)\u00a0https:\/\/www.missiska.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n

The many microbreweries<\/span>. There are now 8 to discover throughout the Brome-Missisquoi territory. Most breweries have a boutique. It is then easier than ever to share a fresh local beer at the holiday diner table.<\/p>\n

Vineyards and cider houses on the Wine Route<\/u>. Twenty-two vineyards and cider houses stay open, some of them are even open in the winter months, to allow you to come and stock up on wines and ciders. Pick up a few locally made brands and surprise your guests! http:\/\/www.laroutedesvins.ca\/<\/a><\/p>\n
