The kitchen sources the majority of its produce from vegetables grown on our land, fresh eggs from our free-range hens, and meat from our pigs, chickens, and cows raised on our pastures. The goal is to be as self-sufficient as possible in order to offer ingredients of the highest quality in terms of taste, nutrition, and environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>The welcome is simple and warm. You can come for an aperitif and discover our homemade charcuterie platter or share a delicious meal. We offer a set menu of several dishes, which changes weekly depending on the harvest.
