La Colline aux herbes

La Colline aux herbes is the little sister of La Colline aux Bleuets, also certified organic by Québec Vrai. Producer of medicinal and aromatic plants, Claire Péneau is an herbalist: “We process our products on site using traditional techniques and offer a wide choice of local plants, both wild and cultivated. We offer various processed products, such as infusions, tinctures, vinegars, macerates, powders… We also work plants into gourmet products, such as jams, caramels, honeys, salts, oils etc…it’s an innovative way to add plants to your plate and your daily life.”

Our farm is small and we strive to offer high quality products. Quantities are therefore limited in order to respect the cycles of life and the resources that we cherish.
