The 44-seat Alizée restaurant has been designed to serve high quality local and refined cuisine in a hushed atmosphere. Renowned chef Jean-Marc Faucheux, former owner of the restaurant at Faucheux in Granby, is at the helm. Everything is done on site: the veal stock, sauces and even honey that comes from a hive installed on the property. A large vegetable garden supplies the kitchen with herbs, vegetables and seasonal edible flowers. The region’s products are in the spotlight including the famous Brome Lake duck, Highland beef, rabbit and more! The chef changes the menu according to the arrivals and his inspirations.ÞÞÞÞ
