The Cardin-Pollender family has been passionately dedicated to the production of maple syrup for 4 generations. Their maple grove, established in Brigham, where all of the maple sap is harvested drop by drop by the traditional way with buckets. Stop at their boutique open on weekends from 1 a.m. to 3 p.m. to treat yourself with some of their delicious products. Enjoy their pancakes and taffy on snow! It is also possible to book a guided tour by phone.

Domaine de l’Artisan

In addition to a traditional meal at the sugar shack, this maple grove in Brigham offers you the opportunity to bring the flavors home with their delicious lunch box. Pea soup, maple ham, baked beans, sausages in syrup… everything is there, even a can of syrup and a recipe for making your own taffy!

Cabane Ô Sucre

A maple grove set in a vineyard? Yes! Le Vignoble du Ruisseau welcomes the new restaurant Ôma by renowned chef Hakim Chajar; the adventure begins with the Cabane Ô Sucre. This is the unique opportunity to treat yourself to a sugar shak meal like no other with a 4-course menu to share, the majority of products from the estate, including of course, organic maple syrup. Reservations are open from March 6 to May 5. It is also possible to bring a little happiness home thanks to their well-stocked store.You can also purchase a bit of happiness to take home by visiting the vineyard’s well-stocked boutique.

La fournée des sucreries de l’érable was first established in the village of Frelighsburg. Over there, it’s sugar time all year round! This artisan pastry shop relies on traditional Quebec products, in this case those made from maple. You can find their products directly at the Cowansville factory, at La Rumeur Affamée in Frelighsburg, Sutton and Dunham !
