In case you didn’t know, Brome-Missisquoi is a very fertile region for maple products and even more so during our Sugaring season. It therefore constitutes a mandatory stop for all lovers of everything maple!

 

The Traditionals

A quaint, rustic sugar shack, set in the heart of nature, friendly owners and a delicious traditional buffet menu: Voilà ! You have all the ingredients for the perfect day spent at Cabane du Pic Bois. Stop at their boutique to offer yourself some of their delicious products.

Érablière Hilltop, a lovely sugar shack located in Dunham, can accommodate about a hundred guests and has built its reputation on its simplicity, its high quality, terroir products as well as its Quebec produced pork.

Cabane à sucre Dunham takes great care in offering you fresh, high quality, local products. This charming sugar shack has built its excellent reputation with their organic, terroir menu. Open on Saturdays and Sundays throughout March and April, you will need to reserve your table quickly!

The Outsiders

Head out, from February 23rd to the 25th or from March the 2nd to the 4th, to Auberge Sutton Brouërie and their pop-up Sugar Shack! During these two weekends, a special menu as well as a selection of local beers  will be offered at the brewery, along with traditional festive music.

L’Érable au fil du temps offers three mobile sugar shacks that can go wherever you want in order to sell their amazing, sweet products. The enterprise offers a maple discovery formula: The history of Maple syrup, traditional and modern objects and tools used by producers, tasting products, quizzes…

A maple grove set in a vineyard? Yes! During sugaring season, Vignoble du Ruisseau offers an original, sugary sweet, three or four-serving menu. You can also purchase a bit of happiness to take home by visiting the vineyard’s well-stocked boutique.

At Sucreries de l’érable, its sugaring season all year round! This artisanal pastry shop, located in Dunham, offers traditional Quebec products, especially those made with Maple ingredients.
