What to do
Visitors will be delighted to move away from mass production and stick to the craftsman for pure, authentic and tasty products made with fresh milk from the Jersey cows on the Missiska farm. For 2018, the Fromagerie Missiska is a must-see destination in Brome-Missisquoi, where you will experience an exceptional cheese experience at all levels, with interpretation on manufacturing methods and a view of the production workshops. Video capsules will convey our passion from our farm located in St-Armand. A convivial tasting area and wine, cider, beer / cheese pairing will be offered. A terrace will be built in 2018 for cyclists, tourists and visitors to taste the Missiska products and other local gourmet products directly on site. Opening for Christmas 2017.
Open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm, Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
